The April 9, 1949 at 18 pm in a ceremony held at the Teatro Independencia Mendoza City, the then President of Argentina, General Juan Domingo Peron, closed the First National Congress of Philosophy with a keynote address today called his book "The Organized Community." Sepich, Prof. Humberto M. Dr. Lucero and Angel Vasallo, among others. Over 50 philosophers of the European and American continents, joined more than 30 personalities from the field of philosophy in Italy, Spain, Portugal, the United States and neighboring countries of Latin America, speeches and communications sent over one hundred and fifty relevant universal renown personalities, including Benedetto Croce, Reginald Garrigou Lagrange, Martin Heidegger, Karl Jaspers, Gabriel Marcel, Jacques Maritain, Francisco Miro Quesada, Bertrand Russell, Michele Federico Sciacca, José Vasconcelos, Alberto Wagner de Reyna, Julian Marias, Vaz Carlos Ferreyra, Argentines and others cited and recognized as Hernan Benitez, Thomas D. Casares, Carlos Cossio, Luis Juan Guerrero and Ismael Quiles. The Congressional hearings began on March 30 and closed on April 9 said, performing a few days later, on April 14 at the Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires City, a solemn academic ceremony in which the foreign delegates received from the President's Office the title of "Honorary Members of the Universidad Argentina".
